Jackbit login: signing in at Jack.com after the move
Jackbit renamed itself Jack.com on 29 May 2026, and jackbit.com now forwards every visitor to jack.com. Your account moved with it. The short answer: type jack.com, pass the quick human check, choose to log in and use the same username or email and password you had on Jackbit. Jack.com holds a Curaçao licence, not a Canadian provincial one.
This page has no login box, on purpose. Never type your casino password or wallet keys on a third-party site, this one included.

Our test on 4 Nov 2026, for both jackbit.com and www.jackbit.com.
What changed for your login
Very little, if you go by the operator. The name and address changed; the account behind them did not.
| Item | Jackbit era | Jack.com now |
|---|---|---|
| Address | jackbit.com | jack.com. jackbit.com answers with an HTTP 301 redirect to https://jack.com/ (tested 4 Nov 2026). |
| Your account | Opened on jackbit.com | The same account. The 29 May 2026 release says existing users "will experience no disruption to their accounts". |
| Login details | Username or email, plus password | Unchanged. You don't need to register again. |
| Balance and VIP history | Built up on Jackbit | Kept with the account under that "no disruption" promise. The VIP programme itself was redesigned. |
| Who to contact | info@jackbit.com, the press contact on the release | support@jack.com or the 24/7 live chat, for anything about your account |
| Licence holder | Ryker B.V., Curaçao | Data Link Digital B.V., Curaçao (as named by Gambling.com and CryptoSlate) |
The GlobeNewswire release says Jackbit "has officially completed its transition to Jack.com". The same update, called Volume 2.0, rebuilt the wallet (Wallet 2.0, with cleaner transaction tracking), redesigned the navigation and added security updates. So the screens after you sign in may look different from what you remember, even though the account behind them is the same. If your balance or history looks wrong after the move, contact support before you deposit again.
How to sign in, step by step
-
1
Type jack.com yourself
Use the address bar or a bookmark you saved. Old jackbit.com links still forward to jack.com, but typing the address removes any doubt about where you are.
-
2
Pass the human check
jack.com sits behind a Cloudflare "verify you are human" check, so you may see it before the site loads. A genuine check never asks for your email or password.
-
3
Check the address bar
Before you type anything, confirm it reads jack.com, with nothing added before or after the name.
-
4
Choose Log in
Pick the option to log in, not the registration form, so you don't open a second account by mistake.
-
5
Enter your Jackbit details
Your username or email, and the password you used on Jackbit. Nothing about them changed with the rename.
-
6
Or continue with Google
If you registered with Google sign-in, use the Google option again and choose the same Google account you signed up with.
Whichever link you use, ours included, check that the address bar reads jack.com before you type your details.
Trouble signing in
Six common snags, each with a fix that stays on jack.com itself.
Forgotten password
Use the forgotten-password option on jack.com's own sign-in screen, then look for the reset email in your inbox and your spam folder. Open a reset link only if you asked for one a moment ago. A "reset your password" email you didn't request is a common phishing opener.
You signed up with Google
If your account was opened with Google sign-in, you may not have a separate site password to reset. Choose the Google option and pick the same Google account. A different Google address will not bring up your old balance.
The human check keeps looping
If Cloudflare's "verify you are human" page repeats, clear the cookies for jack.com, pause privacy or script-blocking extensions for the site, update your browser, or try another browser or device. Then type jack.com again.
Asked to verify your identity
Checks are risk-based: there is no full verification at sign-up. Jack.com's terms (as summarised by CryptoSlate, updated 30 Oct 2026) let it ask for photo ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID card), proof of address no more than six months old, video verification and proof of your source of funds or income. This usually comes before a first large withdrawal or after activity that gets flagged. Send documents only from inside your account or to official support.
Country restrictions
Jack.com's restricted list, as reported by CryptoSlate in October 2026, includes Russia, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, the United States, Australia, US Minor Outlying Islands, US Virgin Islands, the Netherlands, Moldova, China and five more. Canada is not on it. Gambling.com adds that bonus content is not intended for residents of Ontario or Alberta.
Back after a long break
The terms set an inactivity fee of €10 a month after 12 months, limited to the balance left in the account. If you left funds on Jackbit and stopped playing, sign in and check what is there. Deposits must be wagered once (1x) before they can be withdrawn.
Contacting support
Live chat runs 24/7, and CryptoSlate found that replies usually came "within a few minutes". By email, write to support@jack.com from the address registered on your account. info@jackbit.com was the press contact on the rebrand release, not a help desk. Jack.com also has official accounts on X, Discord, Telegram and Instagram, but never post account details publicly or share them with someone who messages you first.
Keep your login safe
Anyone who gets into a crypto casino account can try to send its balance to a wallet address of their choosing. Treat your Jack.com password the way you would treat a banking password.
A rename adds its own risk. A message saying "Jackbit has moved, log in here to keep your balance" borrows real news to look believable. You never need such a link: the old address forwards on its own, and the new one is simply jack.com.
Higher VIP tiers do get personal contact: VIP email access from Platinum and a Telegram VIP manager from Diamond. A real manager still has no reason to ask for your password or seed phrase.
This site will never ask for your login
jackbitcanada.com has no login box, no accounts and nothing that takes credentials. Never type your casino password, a Google password or your wallet keys on any third-party site, this one included.
- Your Jack.com password belongs on jack.com
- Your Google password belongs on Google's own sign-in page
- Your seed phrase belongs on no website at all
01
Type it or bookmark it
Type jack.com or use your own bookmark. Skip links in DMs, social replies, ads and unexpected emails. Look-alike addresses add a word, a hyphen or a swapped letter.
02
One password, used once
Give Jack.com a password you use nowhere else and keep it in a password manager. A manager will usually refuse to fill a look-alike page, which is a useful warning.
03
Seed phrase stays offline
Deposits go to an address shown in the cashier. No deposit, withdrawal, bonus or "account recovery" needs your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who asks wants your wallet.
04
Sign out on shared devices
Log out on a shared or work computer and don't let that browser save your password. Turn on any extra security your account settings offer.
Set your limits at your first sign-in
On Jack.com, deposit limits and self-exclusion are requested through customer service, according to Gambling.com's review. The easiest moment to do it is right after you sign in, before any deposit: open live chat or email support@jack.com and ask for the limit you want.
Jack.com sits outside the provincial systems, so a self-exclusion you set with a provincial site such as PlayNow or Loto-Québec applies to that site, not to Jack.com. Ask Jack.com directly as well.
- Before the first deposit: ask support for a deposit limit you can live with.
- If play stops being fun: ask for self-exclusion, and keep the reply as your record.

No account yet?
Registering at jack.com takes a username, an email address and a password, or a Google sign-in. A referral code field is optional, and you confirm that you are 18 or older. That is the operator's minimum; your province sets its own age, which is 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec.
Players registering from 19 October 2026 get a 20% Rakeback Boost for 72 hours. It applies automatically, with no promo code and no wagering, and the clock starts at registration, not at your first deposit. Our sign-up bonus guide shows what it is worth, and the promo code page explains the old Jackbit codes you may still see online.
- Username, email and password, or Google
- Referral code optional, promo code not needed
- No full identity check at sign-up
- Bonus content not intended for Ontario or Alberta residents (Gambling.com)
Signing in from Canada
Jack.com is licensed in Curaçao, not by a Canadian province. It is not in iGaming Ontario's operator directory (checked 4 Nov 2026), and a search of AGLC's registrants on the same day did not find it in Alberta, where a regulated private market opened on 13 July 2026. In Québec, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Atlantic Canada, the provincial lottery corporation runs the licensed online offer, and offshore sites sit outside that system.
For your login this matters in one way. If a sign-in problem turns into a dispute over your balance, there is no provincial complaints body to call: you go to the operator first, then to the Curaçao regulator. Keep copies of chat transcripts and support emails from the start.

Login questions
Can I still log in with my Jackbit account?
Yes, according to the operator. The 29 May 2026 release says existing Jackbit users will see no disruption to their accounts. Sign in at jack.com with the same username or email and password, or with Google if that is how you registered.
Why does jackbit.com open jack.com?
Because Jackbit became Jack.com. When we tested on 4 Nov 2026, jackbit.com and www.jackbit.com both answered with an HTTP 301, a permanent redirect, to https://jack.com/.
I forgot my Jackbit password. What should I do?
Start the reset from jack.com's own sign-in screen and check your inbox and spam folder for the email. Ignore reset links you didn't ask for. If the email never arrives, contact live chat or support@jack.com.
Why does jack.com ask me to verify that I am human?
The site sits behind a Cloudflare "verify you are human" check that screens traffic before the page loads. It never asks for your login details. If it keeps repeating, clear cookies for jack.com or try another browser.
Is there a Jackbit login app?
Not in the Canadian App Store. Jack.com is an installable web app: sign in through your browser, then add it to your home screen, where it opens full-screen like an app.
Can I sign in to Jack.com from Ontario or Alberta?
Canada is not on Jack.com's restricted-country list. But Jack.com is not registered in Ontario or Alberta, and Gambling.com says its bonus content is not intended for residents of either province. You would play under a Curaçao licence, without provincial consumer protection.
Play responsibly.
